Shredders will be shipped direct to you from the Manufacturer's warehouses.  Their locations are:

Dahle:   Peterborough, NH 03458

Intimus and Martin Yale:  Wabash, IN 46992

Offis Life:  West Chester, PA 19382

Products that ship FREE are indicated on their specification pages.  All others are shipped pre-paid and billed on your invoice.  Products up to 150 lbs are shipped UPS Ground and those over 150 lbs are shipped via truck freight.   

Truck Freight Deliveries to Business Addresses
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside). Truck lift-gate and/or inside delivery is available for an additional charge. Please indicate in your order if you require a lift-gate (no dock) and/or inside delivery.  A freight quote is available up on request.  Be sure to include the quantity, brands and models in your request.

Truck Freight Deliveries to Residential Addresses
Inside delivery is not available to residential addresses.  Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery (the driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item inside). Residential delivery is not available in some areas of the country.  We will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address.
 

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled, however we can request that the trucking company call before attempting delivery. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment. Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/ PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.


We cannot accept orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
